Albany County Republican & Conservative Conference Agenda 

ALBANY, NY – The Albany County Republican and Conservative Conference today advanced an amendment to name David R. Yule Albany County Legislator for the recently vacant District 24. The measure, which was voted against by the full County Legislature, was attached to a Majority resolution naming another individual to the position.

 

“I know Dave Yule to be a hardworking individual who serves his community with tremendous intelligence and consideration. Dave is a fixture in Colonie, whether it’s in his role with South Colonie Dollars for Scholars, or his involvement with youth soccer, baseball and many other sports groups in the area. Dave is also a licensed CPA that has served a diverse clientele for more than three decades, and I can personally attest to his detail-oriented knowledge and leadership on this and many other issues. He is more than qualified to be an Albany County Legislator. While I am disappointed our amendment to name him one failed tonight, I am confident that the will of the voters in District 24 will reverse that decision in November,” said Albany County Republican and Conservative Leader Frank A. Mauriello.
